Sexual Positions for the G-spot and Female Orgasm

Some women have no problem reaching orgasm from simple vaginal penetration because the penis rubs the clitoris or hits the G-spot. Other can't reach female orgasm from penetration alone. Being comfortable, relaxed, and stimulated properly can be essential to achieving female orgasm. Most woman on top sexual positions will help achieve female orgasm. Her direction and motion will decide which kind of female orgasm, G-spot or clitoral, she’ll achieve.

A woman’s G-spot is located about two inches inside the vagina on the front wall. The G-spot is basically spongy tissue that becomes very sensitive when sexually aroused and stimulated by a finger, penis, or other object. Rubbing the G-spot can lead to female orgasm with or without clitoral stimulation.

To stimulate the G-spot, insert two fingers into the vagina and move them in even circles around the vagina. Keep consistent, firm pressure along the entire length the vaginal walls. Stop the fingertips on the vagina just behind the pubic bone. Press upwards towards the belly. This should be direct G-spot stimulation. G-spot stimulation feels best when the fingers are subtly moving either in small, slow circles, or rocking.

A G-spot orgasm can be achieved when a woman sits erect on top of the man and leans forward, resting her weight on her hands as she goes up and down in a constant motion. A clitoral climax can be achieved when she sits on top of the man and sways back and forth while pressing against his pubic bone.

Sexual positions besides missionary, Kama Sutra, Perfume in The Garden and Tao sexual positions to achieve female orgasm include:

· T-position – A little known but effective sexual position in helping achieve female orgasm, this sexual position requires the woman to lie on her back, while the man lies perpendicular to her. He straddles one leg, while the woman places her other leg over him. This sexual position exposes the clitoris for either partner to stimulate.

· The Missionary sexual position can help achieve female orgasm by placing a pillow under the woman’s buttocks.

· Stand at Erection – The woman sits on a countertop, tabletop, washing machine or any surface that will place her at the perfect thrust position. The man stands in front of her and plunges inside. Because of the deep penetration, the female orgasm should be reached quickly. The penis should tap the G-spot at a constant pace too.

· Spooning – This sexual position allows for slow, rhythmic penetration. Both partners lie on their side, as the man penetrates her from behind.

To stimulate the G-spot and promote or enhance female orgasms, couples might want to perform any sexual position that allows for gentle rocking. Vibrators and lubricants will also further stimulate the clitoris.
